Once you accept your tailored proposal, I begin crafting two strategic, research-led directions. You’ll be involved throughout, and I’ll guide you through both concepts before you choose the one we refine together.

Depending on the complexity and parameters, this process can take anywhere from 2 - 3 weeks to a few months.

For ease and transparency, we use a package system. Like a building project or an extension, design projects are notorious for blowing out.
To protect you (and us!) from this, we recommend going with our design packages. These offer very clear deliverables and can be tailored to suit your needs.
If you require further work that fall outside the contracted hours, or any further changes, these will be charged at an hourly rate, unless otherwise agreed.

If you start on a package, like the Simple Starter for example, and feel like you want to upgrade to one of the higher packages without starting all over again, we can absolutely do that.
