Once we receive your enquiry and confirm we’re a good fit, we’ll arrange a 15-minute chat to discuss your project.
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to help us understand your project and prepare your brief and proposal. Please allow 15–20 minutes to complete it.
We’ll prepare your project proposal for review, refinement, and final approval.
You will be given access to your client portal, where you’ll find all project information, contracts, invoices, and questionnaires. All presentations and files will also be shared here, making it your one place for everything related to your project.
Read & sign the contract and upload your contract to the client portal.
Pay your deposit and work will commence once deposit is received.
You’ll receive two proposed directions to review and choose from. The selected option will become the final design direction for your project.
